Speaker 1: Kimberly Cabot
Kimberly was the Director of Operations in Handel Group’s corporate division for five years. She has been deeply immersed in The Handel Method and in this time she has used the methodology to transform her life. She was fresh out of a divorce and was able to turn the damaged relationship with her ex-husband into one of friendship, family, and mutual respect. She is the mother of two teenagers that are both positively impacted by her commitment to open communication and vulnerability. She also changed her relationship with money from abusive to abundant. In her previous career she was an organic farmer, planted vineyards and started a winery. She learned a lot about business ownership and following through on actions to make a dream come true. Kimberly lives in Northern California, is a certified yoga instructor, and spends her free time adventuring in nature with friends and family, lifting heavy things in the gym and putting them down again, and gardening.
Speaker 2: Victoria Anderson
Victoria Anderson is an executive life coach, teacher and spiritual guide. She is a natural teacher who believes when people integrate their heart, mind, body, and soul they achieve their dreams. She is passionate about using The Handel Method and integrates her signature strength of being intimate, compassionate and direct into her coaching. She works with individuals to transform their lives, families, and vocations. This results in clients creating more joy, happiness, and fulfillment in their lives. Victoria is committed to guiding clients to expand their capacity and align with their spiritual path.
Victoria joined the Handel Group in 2014 and trained in The Handel Method, coaching students attending the Leading Your Life class at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her first experience with coaching was in 2012 when she was coached by Lauren Zander, Founder and CEO Handel Group. After six months of coaching she experienced a remarkable difference in her health after years of living with Crohn’s Disease. The method was so compelling, Victoria committed to training with the company. Working with Lauren, she also created a more connected marriage and a better relationship between herself and her family.
Prior to the Handel Group, Victoria lived in London for 12 years, where she thrived in an entrepreneurial environment working in a fast-growing company supporting the leadership team in the company’s London IPO. A lifelong learner, she broadened her interests in studying journalism and building a property portfolio spanning New Zealand, California and the UK.
Victoria is a Southern California native, where she earned an undergraduate degree in English from Chapman University. She earn a secondary teaching credential from California State University Long Beach and taught high school English in Orange County.
Victoria lives in Silicon Valley with her husband and two children. She enjoys hiking, going to the beach, walking, traveling, cooking and attending Pilates and yoga classes regularly. Kundalini yoga is her favorite! She is a meditator, journal keeper, and writer.
