Right Now

 

First off if you are celebrating Thanksgiving, happy Thanksgiving. If not, then happy day because what a blessing that you and I are here, sharing this message together :).

 

Let me start by reminding you of this: You are EXACTLY where you are supposed to be. Right here, right now. It’s perfect.

 

Right Now.

 

Right Now is…

• All that you have. You don’t ‘have’ a past but you have a memory and experience of the past
• You don’t have a future, but you have a thought and desire for a particular future
• All that you do have is Right Now. And what a blessing that is

The very fact that you are able to read this and in breath fresh air as you do – what a gift🎁.

 

Sometimes you get hung up in life by resisting your Right Now.

 

You wish that some aspect of Right Now wasn’t so.

 

You that you had…

• A better relationship with so and so
• A loving romantic partnership
• Your dream business or job
• Better health
• More energy
• More money
• The ability to travel more (you do have the ‘ability’ by the way)

 

And while I think it’s very healthy to ‘desire’ an expanded life in all domains of your life, it’s not healthy to resist what you DO have while wishing for something different.

 

It’s in that resisted state that your energy actually shrinks.

 

That state causes you to contract.

 

And when you are in a contracted state where you are in resistance to your Right Now, you are actually creating your future – from that state!

 

Think about it.

 

How could you possibly call in those expanded results that you want -- from a contracted state?

 

You can’t.

 

You push away the results that you want when you are not in your Right Now.

 

So on this beautiful day, which happens to be labeled ‘Thanksgiving’ in the US, but is as much of a blessing as any other day, I’m inviting you to take account of the beauty & blessings that are here, right now.

 

Even that which you have been struggling with – it’s here to teach you.

 

Your struggles, challenges, and hardships are your teachers.

 

Can you breathe that in and be grateful for them?

 

When you do, you let go.

 

You let go of your resistance. You accept what’s here, right now. And your energy shifts.

 

When your energy is that of ALLOWING, acceptance, and even gratefulness, you are beaming those energies out into the universe.

 

Whatever frequency your inner antenna is emitting, it’s also aligning with more of the same.

 

Which to me then makes it pretty clear that by having an attitude of gratitude turns you into an amplifier for more of that which you would be grateful for.
