16-minute Therapeutic Sound Meditation

This 16-minute Therapeutic Sound Meditation is meant to provide you with a soothing soundscape for deep relaxation. Solfeggio frequencies are used to "hack" your brainwaves and promote physical and energetic healing. Neurons fire at different frequencies based on the data they receive from your surroundings. These vibrations interact with every cell in your body, facilitating health on both an emotional and cellar level.

Find a quiet and comfortable space to either lay down or sit peacefully with your eyes clothes, as you focus on breathing deep and slow. Gradually fill your lungs and take your time exhaling completely, before starting your next breath.

It can be beneficial to have a journal next to you. Sound has a way of inspiring emotions. If you find it hard to be still, let yourself journal what naturally wants to flow out of your mind onto the page. Let the sound guide you. It is recommend to listen with headphones.
