• Private Coaching Call before we start to set the intention & focus for your next chapter of your life

• You'll create a 30 day and 90 day goal (where you want to land at the end of 2023)

PHASE 1- VISION

• You will get access to my 'Vision Training' so that you can design a powerful vision for your life
• This is like a piece of art in the making - It will be moldable so that as you grow, learn, and transform yourself over our 30 days together, you will have the space to grow, evolve and sharpen your vision
• Once you nail it, you'll have a very powerful and uniquely designed vision statement that will act as a gravitational force to pull you forward toward your highest self, rather than getting pulled backwards by your old self.

PHASE 2- PARADIGM

• We are going to take a deep dive into the very fabric of what your paradigm is made of!
• Your conditioning, your experiences, your results and your beliefs have created a unique operating system for you that is responsible for about 90-95% of how you show up each and every day, and therefore, the results that you create (and re-create) in your life.
• You will then have a very distinct understanding of the GAP between your CURRENT reality, and the life that you WANT.
• We will then begin to "unwire" the aspects of your paradigm that don't align to your vision.
• And we will begin to "rewire" your paradigm to align to your vision.

PHASE 3- Freedom

• This module + the paradigm work that I do with you is one of the cornerstones to my entire coaching.
• I will show you a framework for understanding exactly where you give your power away in your life -- The people, the events of your past (and day to day), the circumstances, and the results.
• Once you understand what you have given your power away to, you will understand why you have been stuck, confused, and living life like you are on a hamster wheel and unable to breakthrough to your next level of leadership.
• I will coach you through the "unhooking" process so that you are no longer hooked into people, events, and circumstances that have robbed you of your personal power.
• You'll then be able to assign your personal power to your VISION and start creating REAL changes in your life
• When you "get" this part of the training, it is pure FREEDOM because nothing and no one will have the power to stop you from being happy and on YOUR purpose!
